Who are We?
Agincourt Community English Language Programme (CELP) Adult ESL Learning Centre was founded in 1990 in conjunction with the Toronto District School Board. When the Board ceased its funding in 1993, community interest spurred the instructors to continue the current ‘not-for-profit’ school and volunteer their time to teach and to run the school.
Agincourt Adult ESL Learning Centre is not affiliated with any religious or government organization. The school is operated by volunteers. There are no paid employees.
Our Vision / Purpose
Agincourt Adult ESL Learning Centre is designed to provide conversational/functional English skills to adult students of all nationalities, regardless of their beliefs or ideologies, in order to help them integrate into the community.
Our Location
We are located in Knox Presbyterian Church, 4156 Sheppard Ave. East (west of Midland).
